Baywind Village is pleased to provide both long-term and short-term care services.  Our newly renovated facility offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation services with trained specialists to improve the quality of life of all our residents. Our skilled nursing unit has a separate entrance, dining area and activity schedule creating a positive environment that encourages optimal healing.  Fifteen private skilled nursing rooms are available.

Our team is passionate about getting seniors back to living through quality clinical and rehabilitation services.  Over 65% of our residents are able to return home after treatment.  We are partnered with Hallmark Rehabilitation to offer the best care possible, and are able to provide assessments within 24 hours.

At Baywind Village all patients can expect quality care in an understanding environment, including a courteous staff and a positive environment for healing.  We strive to personalize each person’s experience to optimize their recovery and get them back home faster. Our skilled nursing staff will adjust patient goals and modify rehabilitation plans during weekly meetings that address patient’s changing needs.
